Since the full opening of the Central Route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project on December 12th, 2014, until November 13th, the cumulative water diversion has exceeded 60 billion cubic meters. The project has directly benefited over 108 million people in Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Henan, and Shaanxi.
